Why is my email address and phone number important?
When placing an order it is important that you include your email address and phone number. If your order does not contain this information it will be cancelled. The email address is needed to send you notice that your order has been shipped and the tracking number. Your phone number is needed if, for some reason, there is a problem with your order and you cannot be reached through email.

How do I find out about my order?
If you have received a confirmation email that your order has been shipped, please use the tracking system listed above. If your question is about how long an order takes please see information below. If you still have questions concerning your order please contact sales. Please include complete order information i.e. order number, name, and shipping address.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery on most items, in some cases Mr. Ermey may be out on location and this may delay it a bit. Due to printing some orders may take a bit longer. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it ships. Until it ships it will not show up in the tracking system. backorders and the Gunny's schedule are beyond our control and that can delay orders too.

Why can't I get over-night shipping?
Our answer: Due to certain items requiring autographs and printing we cannot offer over-night shipping for any reason.
The Gunny's answer: Don't ask for RUSH orders for a birthday that you waited till the last minute to buy for. You knew it was coming around again and it will do so each year till they turn to maggot food, so don't make my people rush for YOU forgetting maggot!!! Now drop and give me 25 for thinking of asking!

My order is lost or not received what should I do?
We will re-ship any USPS order that is lost
* (see below for conditions). Orders sent to APO, FPO that get lost and you do not advise us within 30 days of the order being lost, will NOT be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you can not send us an address that USPS delivers to, then the risk of that order getting lost is your responsibility. No lost orders will be refunded after 90 days. If you do not notify us within 90 days, then we will consider your order complete. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS AFTER 6 MONTHS. To inquire about a lost or missing order contact sales. Please include your order number.

*If you move and do not notify us or give the wrong address, we will NOT re-ship until you pay the shipping to get it to your correct address.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order?
If you have a problem with your order please contact sales. Do not contact the Merchant Account (2checkout.com) as they have no information on this and it will only delay your order up to 4 weeks. Please include your order number, name, Email address and date of purchase.

I didn't get an email confirming my order
We send an email to everyone. Just because you didn't get it, doesn't make it our fault. Check your trash/deleted mail, your filters may have thrown it away.

What do I do if I ordered the wrong size?
If you ordered the wrong size, you have 24 hours after you order to notify us of the change or your order will be considered correct. Personalized autographed products ordered wrong can not be replaced. NO REFUNDS on T-shirts, NO EXCEPTIONS. Send corrections, along with your order number to sales.

What do I do if I or a friend ordered the wrong item?
If you ordered the wrong item, you have 24 hours to notify us of the change or your order will be considered correct. NO RETURNS ONCE ORDERED UNLESS IT IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED NO EXCEPTIONS. Send corrections, along with your order number to sales.

My package was delivered to my office/apartment manager, someone opened and damaged my order, will you replace it?
We are not responsible for packages damaged during shipping or once they are received. If your package was opened by someone other than you and damaged by them, you will need to take it up with the person responsible for the damage. NOTE: It is a FEDERAL OFFENSE to open packages addressed to someone other than you.

I want to order a photograph for a special occasion, what do I do?
When you order a photograph and would like it signed with a special message click HERE for our autograph form.

What is your return policy?
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If package is damaged during shipping you will need to contact the shipper. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition and not autographed for refund, exchange only. You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization  number to return your product.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES, WRONG NAME ON AUTOGRAPHS, MISORDERED SIZES, BACK ORDERED ITEMS OR WRONG ITEM ORDERED.
Any order that is refused delivery will be refunded the product amount ONLY, minus any extra charges that may be incurred due to your refusal. At no time will we refund shipping and handling for any refused delivery. There is a 25% restocking fee charged for all returned items. Chargeback's on items that have been shipped and are enroute to the Ship To address that are rerouted back to us will be charged the Chargeback fee we are assessed, Shipping & Handling fees an a 25% re-stocking fee.

The item I purchased was destroyed by flood, fire, etc.. Can I get it replaced for free?
While a loss is not good for anyone, we can not replace items you have bought from us for free simply because they were destroyed by acts beyond our control. We are not responsible for accidents or acts of God or other things that we did not have anything to do with directly or in-directly.

If your Motivational Figure/Bobblehead is bad/broken you may return it for exchange within 30 days. Contact sales with your order number to request an exchange.

I ordered for someone else and want it autographed, what do I do?
To have your item autographed to someone other than the billing name please use our autograph form found HERE. Motivational figures and Bobblehead orders are not signed to a specific person (i.e. To: John). Please include the billing name, order number, name to whom it will be signed and any special saying, otherwise they will be signed the way the Gunny sees fit. When ordering a fan club kit please include name of person the certificate will be signed to.

We do not ship International orders. We only ship to APO or FPO Military addresses.

Are all products signed by The Gunny?
All items except T-shirts come signed from the Gunny, shirts and other items purchased through CafePress are NOT signed by the Gunny. Motivational figure and Bobblehead orders are not signed to a specific person (i.e. To: John).

Is there an additional charge for Canadian orders?
Yes, there is an additional charge of $5.00 for shipping and handling on Canadian orders.
We are not responsible for any extra charges, fees or tariffs. We have no control over how your Country wants to add on their charges for doing business with the United States of America. Those issues you will have to take up with your Government and not us.
We do NOT ship International Orders other than APO, FPO.

Can my order be cancelled?
Yes, orders may only be cancelled within the 1st 48 hours. After that orders are considered accepted and will not be cancelled. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on any autographed merchandise. We cannot refund your order if it has been signed. We do not give refunds for orders that don't arrive when you want them to either. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We have no control over backorders or the Gunny's schedule which both cause delays.

I had my picture taken with the Gunny/I found a picture of the Gunny and want it signed. Can I send it to you?
NO! We will not be responsible for your pictures if they get lost or damaged in shipping. And NO, you can't get a picture you found of the Gunny signed. If you need an Autographed picture of the Gunny, please see the Autograph page. If that doesn't work and you still want your picture signed, check the Schedule page for when the Gunny will be at a location near you.

I am having problems placing my order, what do I do?
You will need to make sure you are accepting cookies, make sure your browser is updated, make sure you type your billing address as it is on your latest statement from your credit card company. Do not forget to use the 3 digit CVV on the back of your card. We do NOT accept debit cards. And make sure your FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS EXACTLY! All input is case sensitive.
